Express Circuit - 30 minutes
A perfect way to get in your training
during the workday. All levels of exercisers welcome. Objectives for this group include: fat reduction, improved core strength, endurance, balance, agility, appearance, and wellness goals such as decreased blood pressure and LDL cholesterol and stress reduction and fun.

Functional Fitness Circuit - 50 minutes
Cutting-edge functional training for beginners and experienced exercisers alike. Get 
stronger and more flexible with better balance and coordination. Have fun and get fit.
