Functional training is based on each individuals needs, lifestyles, and ability to accomplish tasks. It is based on how the body moves in a 3-D natural environment of gravity, ground reaction, momentum, and centrifugal force.

Each session includes an assessment and each assessment becomes the training task. Our goal is to find success in each person's movement pattern and build on that foundation. You feel and move better after each session. Can any other trainer make that promise?’”
